hello....again

here are some recent pictures of the kiddos.... Will, Lauren, and Joe with the Coke Polar Bear - well, he's the Diet Coke Polar Bear in our house..... We went to Atlanta to celebrate Will's 6th birthday. While we were there, we went to the "Diet" Coke Museum for Father's Day.

We met up with Will's buddy Nathan in Atlanta. Those boys will be friends forever!

Lauren loved the aquarium. Well, Lauren loves just about everything....

Will lost his first tooth this week. We really are growing up around here!

Not much going on around here. We're getting ready for the school year to start. Will's going into 1st grade and Lauren's starting 3 year old preschool. This is my first year as a stay at home mom where I won't have a child with me every hour of my day. I'm excited for this transition and my children are very excited about going to school. Will is reading everything and we have to visit the library a couple of times a week to keep him stocked up with books. His favorite series right now is Nate the Great. Lauren also loves to read (though she can't read the words, yet) and she has developed into a very good storyteller.

Lauren is starting dance in the fall! We just bought her little ballet and tap shoes - they are so tiny and so cute. She thinks she's a princess when she puts them on. She was even making up her own dance last night for her daddy.

Both of the kids will play soccer in the fall. Will has moved up to the 6/7 year old league and Lauren is still in the 3 year old league. So with school, BSF, dance, and soccer, I think we're going to stay pretty busy.
