Sea World

We took a trip to Sea World on Monday. All of the kids had a great time and we got to stay pretty much all day long. Will got to ride the roller coaster again and really enjoyed it. His favorite thing at Sea World was the dolphin show. Lauren really loved the penguins. She had a love/hate relationship with the large animals - she just couldn't stop watching them, but she cried when they got close or moved too quickly.

In the Penguin encounter area. The boys were excited about the penguins, but Lauren LOVED them. The boys were ready to go and Lauren wanted to stay. I think she could have watched them all day long.

My dad took her to look around the store and my mom and I went looking for shirts for the kids. My dad and Lauren went around to all the little stuffed animals in the store. My dad would hand one to her and she would play with it and then hand it back to him. He did this until they got to the penguin. He handed it to her and she played with it for a really long time. She handed it back to him and he asked her if she wanted to keep it. She nodded her head and got very excited. After we bought it, she snuggled up to it and fell asleep. The little penguin has been in her crib with her and she takes it with her where ever she goes.
