When we planned a trip to Florida over Thanksgiving, we decided to take Will to Disney World for the first time. He's four and a half and we figured that he'd have a great time. We decided on just going to the Magic Kingdom for two days. Since Mom and Dad live about an hour from Disney World, we figured we could "do" Disney in smaller bits instead of one large trip. Joe and I also figured that two days would be a little much for Lauren (22 months), so she stayed with Mom and Dad for one night! That was her first night without me!

Will and Mommy on Main Street. He loved the castle.

Joe and Will in front of the castle. We arrived just in time to see the show - and that was a great 1st Disney activity!

The first ride was Dumbo.

We went through Toon Town and saw Mickey and Minnie Mouse. He gave them big hugs and posed for a picture! He's really growing up.

Will on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We went on this ride a million times! He absolutely loved this ride. He would put his hands up throughout the entire ride. We had to hold onto him because he's so small....

Will right after the big drop of Splash Mountain. He wasn't thrilled with the giant drop, but I think he enjoyed it.

Will in the Goofy hat. I love all the hats at Disney, but they're a bit pricey, so we just took pictures of Will in the cool hats and put them back on the shelf.

The castle at night. It was a great first day and we headed back to our hotel for dinner and bed! We had a great day one on one with our big boy. It was fun to just spend time with him and enjoy our little boy.
