Yesterday was such a great day for me. Mom and I went to Toddler Storytime and I felt like such a big kid. I didn't sit in my mom's lap, I sat next to her and then I even moved onto the circle rug to sit with my teacher. I participated in the songs (we did, "If You're Happy and you Know it" - and I'm really good at that one!) and listened to the books.
I did a great job with my craft (we had to draw a picture of our pets....) and Nathan and I played a while at the library. Mom and Janie said it was time to go, so Nathan and I took off toward our cars. Mom and Janie were chasing after us - it was pretty funny. I love to make the automatic doors to the library open by myself, and Nathan and I made it to the doors before our moms. That was great! After storytime Nathan came over to my house.
I introduced him to Katherine and Kaitlyn and we played with them for a while. They were playing sidewalk chalk and they had a barbie car outside, too. Next, we went inside to change into our swimsuits. I took Nathan outside so that we could run through the sprinkler together. He had a great time. We have a lot of fun being goofy together. We then had lunch and played for a while and then Nathan had to go home. What a great day!
